Concept Phase
Survalyzer analyzes existing processes, evaluates stakeholder preferences, and provides a specification document. The client selects an approach, and the implementation phase begins after approval.

Implementation phase
Based on the agreed specification, Survalyzer developed a proof of concept (PoC) for review. Following approval, data migration, user acceptance testing, and final optimizations were completed before deployment.

Closing phase
After acceptance, user training sessions cover the dashboard, reporting, and automation. Final adjustments based on feedback ensure the solution meets needs before production use.
