The Client

DHL Consulting

DHL Consulting is the independent management consultancy of the DHL Group. With teams across Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific, it helps organizations solve complex business challenges through management consulting, supply chain optimization, and digital transformation. As a people-driven organization, DHL Consulting continuously invests in employee feedback to strengthen engagement, improve collaboration, and support organizational development.

Overview

To enhance employee wellbeing, DHL consulting, partnered with Survalyzer, a leading employee experience platform, to create a comprehensive self-assessment survey. This innovative tool stands out by focusing on three crucial dimensions: mental, social, and physical wellbeing. Unlike traditional surveys, it goes the extra mile by providing personalized recommendations based on individual results. Additionally, it seamlessly integrates with existing systems and prioritizes data security.

The survey’s initial results are promising: DHL Consulting has demonstrated potential in enhancing employee satisfaction and fostering a positive workplace culture. This effort, carried out by DHL Consulting in collaboration with the DHL Group’s company doctors, serves as the first step in the development and launch of a similar wellbeing questionnaire for the entire DHL group in the future.

Building a Wellbeing Program at DHL Consulting

DHL Consulting’s journey to wellbeing started with defining a clear framework. This approach aimed to create initiatives that addressed different aspects of employees’ wellbeing, ensuring their diverse needs were effectively met.

Wellbeing initiatives were rolled out in three phases throughout the year, each targeting different areas. These phases included activities like sports gatherings, social events, and mindfulness practices, allowing employees to explore and engage in what resonated with them. The insights gained from these initiatives were invaluable, informing the development of the comprehensive Wellbeing Self-Assessment Survey.
